Part Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is of high important to us at Aveng Aero Ltd and we understand that occasionally a part may have to be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the part can be returned and will be eligible for refund provided that it is in a condition that allows us to restock and resell the part.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
To qualify:
- All serviceable parts must be returned in is original packaging (where applicable) and be accompanied by its original documentation, ie. 8130-3, Form 1, shop report, etc.
- Parts that are sold in “As-Removed” condition are subject to buyers’ incoming inspection and will have an agreed upon return to service price cap in place. For items that do not end up meeting the requirements a FAA certified facilities rejection report and/or cost estimate demonstrating it is beyond economical repair is required to issue a RMA and refund.
- Additional fees incurred on purchases will not be refunded if original material is returned i.e AOG fees, flat rate shipping costs etc.
Items are not eligible for return once they have been installed or modified, Av-Eng Aero ltd is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for ensuring proper eligibility and installation.
Returns may be subject to a percentage-based restocking fee dependant on reason for return. Outbound freight charges as well as inbound are to be covered by customer. All returned parts will require a RMA(return material authorization) form signed by both parties prior to refund being issues and will be provided by your sales representative. If you have any additional questions please inquire to your sales representative.
All returns and refunds are at discretion of Aveng Aero.
